What is a semi-private gym?
    A semi-private gym offers a more personal training environment than a commercial gym, with smaller groups, more individualized coaching, and a stronger community atmosphere.

Do I need a membership to train here?
    Yes. Membership is required for facility access. Some personal training packages may be available to non-members — contact us for details.

What’s the difference between semi-private training and personal training?

    Semi-private training: Small group sessions (usually 2–6 people) with a coach guiding everyone’s program.

    Personal training: One-on-one sessions tailored exclusively to you.

 

How can I pay for my session or downloadable product?

 

    Currently we are accepting Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, and Paypal - More info at checkout.

Can I use the gym on my own?
    Yes, members can use the gym during open hours for self-directed workouts, provided they follow all safety and conduct rules.

Do you offer nutrition coaching?
    Yes. Our coaches can provide nutrition guidance tailored to your fitness goals. This may be included in certain personal training packages or available as an add-on.

Do you guarantee results?
    No. Results depend on your effort, consistency, and lifestyle factors. We’ll give you the tools and guidance, but progress is ultimately up to you.

How do I book a personal training session?
    Members can book through our front desk, by phone, or online via email.

What happens if I miss a scheduled session?
    Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be charged in full.

Do I need to sign a waiver?
    Yes. All members and visitors must sign our Terms & Conditions and Liability Waiver before using the facility or purchasing services.
